I saw an Instagram post the other day where Red Wing Shoes were showing some great well worn boots in their repair department. If you look through the comments it is funny the people making comments on how the guy is walking, or needs to pick up his feet …etc. The things people complain, troll, nit pick, or show how they are better is never ending.

When you deliver, you will no less see the same. Those bozoo’s are out there. They are more noisey than the rest. They are not your target. They do not matter. Seek out those who will help you. Maybe not in the way of action, but definitely in the way of words and encouragement.
