Change Pain Level
Others have said people will not change until the level of pain they are experiencing exceeds the pain required to change.
What if you changed more? What if you could ignore the pain and discomfort and focus purely on changing the behaviors or habits? What would be removed from your life? What can you introduce?
If you blocked off time to get things done, what would that open up later?
Try putting your phone down more. Turning off the TV and computer more. Get outside more. Include others in your life, bring them in, reach out to them.
