It is now the last week in March. The last week of the first quarter of 2016. What has caused you enough pain in the past that you wanted to make a change in 2016? How is that progressing? Do you still have your goals and forming new habits?
Write your goals again. Even if they are the exact same, write them again. New piece of paper.
Continue to think about your goals and what you need to do in order to get there.
