What recharges you? How long does it take to become fully recharged? Does this depend on the effort you have done? Have you thought about these limits much or have they become a crutch?
I believe I have used them as a crutch. I believe my tank is larger than it is, that I have more to give and do than I normally think. I also think that getting recharged happens faster than I have thought before. Plus what recharges me has changed through the years.
Look through these questions and your answers yourself, do they still hold true? Do you more to give? Have things changed for you, but you are still in the old habits?
Maybe it is time for new habits.
