One thing I wish others would show more is their genuine personality. I’m sure people think there are plenty of personalities online and no need to create more. But this doesn’t exist in service industries or many corporate environments.

I have worked in a few different environments (corporate and community) and the small amount of times that people greet each other is crazy small. I would love to see others, in their own way, acknowledge one another. This could be a physical greeting (hand shake, fist bump, etc) or just a simple verbal or facial expression.

We need more to be more open with people, more genuine, more showing of our selves. I don’t view this as bad, I view others as reserved and typically closed off. We need to be open more.
