You need to be careful on how you judge what you do. If you do it for recognition, then you need to be careful on this. It is hard to see those you impact when they don’t let you know. They aren’t going to write you a letter, send you an email ..etc. You need to have it inside you to keep going. If you are driven by financial means, then it could be months years before you begin to see any returns.

You need to make the decision to do things for other reasons. Decide and do.
