Be mindful of what recharges you. Be vigilant on what fools you. Or how you fool yourself. Just “chilling” could very well not provide the value to your decompression time as you might think. I’m speaking more than just alcohol obviously (I think).
Keep your eyes open for those more active things that can recharge you. It is different for all sorts of people, music, artistic, coloring books, a walk, gardening.
Passive recharging often doesn’t pan out for folks like they think it does. The comfort fools them.
