My wife and I often sit and talk about “Future Facts”. We tell about how we are doing something in present tense, that will be in the future.

The more detailed you can make it, the better. You should have many future facts. From hobbies and leisure time, to a job, side hustle ..etc. Once your future facts are more clear to you, then stop moving backward from there. The answers you will find should move you to begin doing something, or possibly not doing something.

Talk about Future Facts with your partner, friends, or family. People do enjoy this.
